Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs.
A. Sales Order & Redemption
1. Sales Order Terms & Conditions
1.1 Each order placed with 103 Coffee or any of its affiliated via the internet shall be governed by the existing Terms & Conditions. They shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that he has read, understood, and accepted, without reservation, the Terms & Conditions.
1.3 103 Coffee reserves the right, at any time, to revise the existing Terms & Conditions by posting the revised version on this website. By placing an order after 103 Coffee has revised its Terms & Conditions, the Customer agrees to be bound by them.
2. Sales Orders
2.1 By placing an order via this website or form, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the Products he has selected under these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 Orders which a Customer has placed with 103 Coffee via this website or form are subject to the minimum quantity limitations.
3. Order Confirmation
3.1 The order which Customer places via this website will not constitute a binding contract yet unless and until 103 Coffee transmits a confirmation by e-mail or WhatsApp.
3.2 103 Coffee reserves the absolute right to refuse orders should there be insufficient Coffee value in the Member’s account.
3.3 The data registered by 103 Coffee constitutes full proof of the order and the entire transaction. The data registered by the payment system constitutes full proof of the financial transactions.
4.1 The prices payable for the items the Customer has ordered are those displayed on this website on the date the Customer places his order, excluding delivery charges.
4.2 Delivery charges will be billed at the rates indicated on this website on the date the Customer places his order. The delivery rate will be calculated based on the size of the order and the delivery method the customer selects.
4.3 103 Coffee reserves the right to revise its prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel a contract in case of an error in writing, printing, or calculation.
5.1 All orders confirmed by 103 Coffee will be delivered to the delivery address the Customer specifies when placing his order.
5.2 The Customer shall be fully responsible for an additional charge for re-delivery of goods that have been returned due to reasons such as no such recipient, no such address, and the recipient has shifted, etc or any other reasons of non-delivery. 5.3 103 Coffee will do its utmost to ensure delivery within 5 – 7 working days after receipt of an order.
6. Privacy Notice
6.1 The Customer understands and agrees that any personal information collected by 103 Coffee may be held, used and disclosed by 103 Coffee to its group companies, individuals/organization related to and associated with any selected third party (within or outside of Malaysia) for the purpose of this SALES ORDER & REDEMPTION.
6.2 Customer understands that 103 Coffee may disclose Customer’s personal data as per 103 Coffee’s Privacy Notice. For ease of reference, the personal data shall, subject to 103 Coffee’s Privacy Notice, be disclosed to the following parties: i) 103 Coffee’s agents and service providers (including those located overseas) providing services relating to the purposes for which the personal data is collected; ii) third parties (including those located overseas) who provide data processing services; and iii) in circumstances where delay or default of payment has occurred, to 103 Coffee’s appointed lawyers, debt collection agencies, credit-reporting agencies. 6.3 The Customer confirms and acknowledges that he has read and understood 103 Coffee’s Privacy Notice and hereby consents to 103 Coffee processing his personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in 103 Coffee’s Privacy Notice and further acknowledges that copies of 103 Coffee’s Privacy Notice on personal data are available upon request or from 103 Coffee’s website.
6.4 The Customer understands that he has the right to obtain access to and to Request for correction of any personal information held by 103 Coffee concerning the Customer. Such request can be made to the authorized person stated in 103 Coffee’s Privacy Notice.

B. Monthly Subscription Order
1.1 103 Coffee offers an automatic replenishment order called “Monthly Subscription Order” Your order will be automatically shipped to you on a regular basis at the delivery frequency you select, based upon inventory availability and the current prices for such items.
1.2 You may change or cancel your Monthly Subscription Order, by providing a lead time of 15 days from the next delivery date, by calling or WhatsApp to 012-259 3103
1.3 By signing up the Monthly Subscription Order, you are deemed to have agreed and acknowledged that your order will be automatically shipped until 103 Coffee received a cancellation request and you shall accept the responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation
1.4 The products and prices are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
1.5 In the event that products availability is insufficient, 103 Coffee reserve the right to replace other products with equivalent value by informing via call before the delivery.
Monthly Standing Instruction Payment
1.1 To ensure uninterrupted delivery, you agree that 103 Coffee may store and use the payment data you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your account, and you are required to provide updated or replacement expiration dates and card numbers for your credit or debit card for uninterrupted billing purpose.
1.2 in the event of any unsuccessful billing/bank transfer or cheque return by bank, payment reimbursement shall be made 7 days before delivery.
1.1 Delivery of capsules will be arranged on the next working day upon successful payment i.e: if payment is successfully charged on Friday, delivery of capsules will be arranged on the next working day which is Monday 1.2 Delivery of capsules shall take 5-7 working days. However, for remote areas of Malaysia, delivery time may be longer.
1.3 In the event of natural disaster/unforeseen circumstances, the standard delivery timeline will be re-arranged and notification will be made accordingly.
1.4 Delivery for a pre-selected date may have a variance of between 2-3 working days from/after the said date, depending on the mailing service provider and other reasons.
C. Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at email@example.com or 012-259 3103 within two days of receiving your order. We are dedicating to ensure your satisfaction, let us know and we will make it right.
D. Payment methods:
1. We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit Cards / Debit Cards (with Visa & MasterCard Logo)
2. Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card is immediately due and payable. Your Credit Card /Debit Card details will be encrypted for security purposes.
3. Subsequence monthly 103 Coffee subscription fees will be charge using Auto Debit method for a minimum period of 6 months (COFFEE SUBCRIPTION) before authorizing for any cancellation.
4. An Online Auto Debit (Credit Card / Debit Card Debit Authorization Form) will need to be fill up and consent to agree on the terms and condition as below:
– Coffee Subcription Only Payment Credit Card / Debit Card
a. I hereby request and authorize 103 Coffee Roastery Sdn Bhd to debit my Credit Card /Debit Card Account for my 103 Coffee subscription fees.
b. I clearly understand and agree that the authorization is governed by the terms and conditions imposed by the card issuing bank and Credit Card / Debit Card service provider.
c. I hereby agreed to allow 103 Coffee to conduct auto renewed on my 103 Coffee monthly subscription and continue auto debit my Credit Card / Debit Card. In the event, I do not wish to continue with the subscription after the minimum period of 6 months. I shall contact 103 Coffee for the cancellation request.
– Third-Party Credit Card / Debit Card
a. I, the cardholder of the details inserted, agree to pay for the 103 Coffee subscription fees on behalf of the “the Customer” according to the terms and conditions as stated in the agreements entered into between the customer and 103 Coffee Roastery Sdn Bhd
b. I undertake to indemnify 103 Coffee Roastery Sdn Bhd, against all losses suffered should my Credit Card / Debit Card transaction in respect of the payment to 103 Coffee Roastery Sdn Bhd be rejected for any reasons whatsoever by the card issuer.
5. In the event of any charging unsuccessfully/rejected by the card issuer bank due to whatsoever reason. 103 Coffee reserves the right not to deliver goods until full payment has been received.
