Barista Tai is our brewers’ trainer at 103 with over 10 years of experience in the coffee industry. He is very passionate about coffee origins and hones his sensory, espresso, and brewing skills every day.

Tai is also the 2nd runner up in 2015 Malaysia Brewers Cup.
